Oliver Baby & Kids is definitely one of my go-to brands for beautiful, good quality kids clothing for my two. They always strike the potentially tricky balance between traditional and modern so perfectly for me, i.e. a little more towards the traditional end of the spectrum (I never was any good at maths…). All my favourites are covered off – the prettiest Liberty prints, Peter Pan/ruffle collars, stripes, frills, knitted onesies, bonnets… All in the loveliest colours. And I love that it’s not radically different from season to season (much like my favourite ‘grown up’ brands) – similar styles, just in different colours and prints. With a few new additions that I always want.
Tabitha has the Tabitha dress (naturally!), Beatrice dress, Jemima skirt, Clemmie dress and these ribbed socks. For girls I also love the Gracey playsuit, Beth shorts, and the Harper trousers (Tabs was asking me why she doesn’t have any ‘slounge pants’ like Marlow the other day – these may well be the answer to my ‘tracksuit’ bottoms for girls nightmares), and the Maria blouse.
For Marlow I ordered the Alfie trousers (the perfect mix of comfort and style – you probably all know by now what a picky son I have when it comes to his clothes!), Jack reversible sun hat, cashmere colour block jumper, and the George cashmere cardigan.
My baby favourites (SO hard to narrow it down, as I love it all!! This is the section you need to steer clear of if you’re aren’t planning on another baby!) are the Betty Bonnets (they make the perfect baby gift), Marlow bloomers, cashmere rompers, Margot romper, Frill bloomer and matching Poppy bonnet sets, and Edith reversible bonnets.
